Management Partner - Nigeria

Role Summary:
The Management Partner (MP) will be embedded within the Federal Ministry of Health and Social Welfare (FMoHSW), supporting multisectoral collaboration, leadership development, and the institutionalisation of evidence-based climate and health planning. Working with a diverse team of government leaders at the federal and state levels, the MP will strengthen leadership, coordination, and management capabilities for climate and health adaptation. They will be responsible for facilitating cross-sector collaboration, coaching government teams, and ensuring that policy and implementation are driven by evidence and community insights.

The MP will also support the integration of climate-related insights into planning processes, as well as the development of sustainable coordination platforms that connect federal, state, and community action.
